Module for Development of Peer-to-Peer SME Business Networks Involving Agro-Trade Value Chain Actors in Bangladesh (USAID / DAI, Bangladesh Agricultural Value Chains (AVC)

The module developed under the “Development of Peer-to-Peer SME Business Networks Involving Agro-Trade Value Chain Actors in Bangladesh” project serves as a practical toolkit for strengthening SME competitiveness and collaboration within the agro-trade sector. Designed for the USAID-AVC initiative and implemented by CDCS®, the module provides structured guidance, tools, and facilitation methods to help SMEs—particularly women- and youth-led enterprises—enhance their business skills, expand networks, and adopt climate-smart, market-driven practices.

Through peer-to-peer learning frameworks, capacity-building exercises, and value chain engagement strategies, the module supports the formation of sustainable business networks that encourage knowledge exchange, promote food-safe and resilient agricultural practices, and foster a more inclusive agribusiness ecosystem across the target districts.
