CDCS® conducted a “Leadership Development Program” for Startup Bangladesh Ltd., aimed at strengthening the leadership skills and managerial capabilities of team leaders across the organization. 

 

The program included a two-day in-house workshop designed to enhance participants’ strategic thinking, decision-making, and team management skills. Administered through the Digital Economy Leadership Institute (DELi), a CDCS® spin-off focused on fostering digital transformation and smart economy initiatives, the program combined practical exercises, interactive sessions, and action-oriented learning. 

 

Upon completion, participants were expected to demonstrate improved leadership aptitude, foster inspired team dynamics, and effectively drive organizational performance, contributing to a stronger startup ecosystem in Bangladesh.
