CDCS® implemented the “Baseline Survey & Generic Need Assessment: Customer Responsiveness Program for Healthcare Management” under Swisscontact KATALYST, with funding support from UKaid, DFID, GIZ, SDC, EKN, and CIDA. The objective was to assess the existing gaps in customer service delivery within the healthcare sector and identify areas for improvement.
CDCS® conducted opinion surveys to capture demand-side expectations from patients and service users, alongside in-depth interviews with healthcare providers to explore supply-side capabilities and constraints. The findings informed a broader strategic framework for designing responsive healthcare management interventions aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and service quality.
