CDCS® implemented the project “Need Assessment on Specific Technology, Machinery, Tools and Other Input Requirements & Identification of Their Existing and Potential Suppliers for the Actors of Marketing Communication Service Providers (MCSPs) of Bogra” under Swisscontact KATALYST, funded by UKaid, DFID, GIZ, SDC, EKN, and CIDA. The assignment aimed to assess the technological gaps and input needs of SMEs engaged in marketing communication services in the Bogra region. 
 
CDCS® conducted a comprehensive need assessment to identify opportunities for technology upgradation and platform development, using structured questionnaire surveys and direct engagement with MCSP actors. The findings were analyzed to explore the implications for market-based interventions and supplier linkage strategies, culminating in a detailed report to guide future programmatic support for strengthening the MCSP ecosystem.
