CDCS® led the “Intervention Design & Implementation Strategy of Customer Responsiveness Solutions for the Healthcare Sector” under Swisscontact KATALYST, funded by UKaid, DFID, GIZ, SDC, EKN, and CIDA. The project aimed to enhance service quality in the healthcare sector by improving customer responsiveness among service providers. 

 

CDCS® played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive intervention package tailored to the specific needs and operational realities of healthcare institutions. Through extensive stakeholder consultation and contextual analysis, CDCS® explored various implementation pathways and finalized a practical strategy to ensure effective adoption of customer-centric practices in healthcare delivery.
