CDCS® carried out the "Intervention Baseline Surveys for Jessore Fair" project from 2006 to 2007 under Swisscontact KATALYST, funded by UKaid, DFID, GIZ, SDC, EKN, and CIDA. The objective was to establish a comprehensive baseline to inform market development interventions in the Jessore region. 

 

CDCS® conducted extensive fieldwork including structured questionnaire surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders across relevant value chains. The collected data was systematically analyzed to generate actionable insights, culminating in a detailed baseline report that served as a foundation for designing targeted and evidence-based market facilitation strategies.
