Under the UKaid/DFID, SDC, and DANIDA-supported Swisscontact KATALYST program, CDCS® led the Knowledge Capitalization initiative to promote inclusive agribusiness development across Bangladesh.
Through a series of targeted workshops and evidence-based knowledge sharing, CDCS® raised stakeholder awareness on operational, financial, and systemic challenges faced by smallholder farmers, women entrepreneurs, and marginalized market actors.
The initiative provided Swisscontact and key ecosystem partners with actionable insights on designing more inclusive and scalable agribusiness models. By strengthening understanding of value chain constraints and emerging opportunities, CDCS® contributed to shaping future intervention strategies aimed at expanding equitable market participation, improving livelihoods, and fostering a more resilient and competitive agricultural sector.
