Under the USAID/DAI Bangladesh Agricultural Value Chains (AVC) project, CDCS® facilitated Stakeholder Meetings on Flower & Vegetable Packaging Market Development, examining the current state, challenges, and opportunities in the sector.
The engagements provided USAID, DAI, and other stakeholders with a clear understanding of value chain constraints, including gaps in packaging infrastructure, market access, and operational inefficiencies.
Based on field insights and stakeholder inputs, CDCS® delivered an actionable strategy roadmap with practical recommendations to guide future interventions, strengthen market systems, and inform policy dialogues. The initiative supported improved packaging solutions, enhanced market competitiveness, and contributed to sustainable growth and profitability across Bangladesh’s flower and vegetable value chains.
