Under the USAID/DAI Bangladesh Agricultural Value Chains (AVC) project, CDCS® provided Stakeholder Engagement Facilitation Services focused on Mango and Other Crops Storage Technology to strengthen postharvest management and market resilience.
The initiative enhanced stakeholder awareness of modern storage systems, enabling traders, farmers, and private partners to make informed investment decisions. Expert-led sessions promoted knowledge sharing and capacity building, empowering value chain actors to adopt effective storage and preservation practices.
The engagement fostered collaboration among diverse stakeholders, paving the way for joint ventures in agri-logistics and infrastructure. By improving storage solutions, the project reduced postharvest losses, stabilized mango supply, and enhanced product quality—boosting profitability across the value chain.
