CDCS® collaborated with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) to develop the Strategic Plan and Sustainability Guidelines for the Centre of Excellence for Leather Skill Bangladesh Limited (COEL). 

 

Through this engagement, CDCS® co-crafted a robust business model and co-defined a strategic roadmap that articulated COEL’s mission, vision, strategic goals, and actionable plans. The initiative aimed to strengthen COEL’s institutional sustainability, operational efficiency, and industry relevance—ensuring its continued contribution to skills development and competitiveness in Bangladesh’s leather sector. 

 

The strategic framework provided by CDCS® now serves as a guiding tool for COEL’s long-term growth, financial sustainability, and impact-driven service delivery.
