CDCS® conducted the Monitoring, Results Measurement (MRM) and Baseline Study of the B-SkillFUL Phase II Programme, implemented by Swisscontact and funded by SDC (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation). The study ensured that the project’s logframe and monitoring framework met international quality standards while accurately reflecting field realities.
Through comprehensive data collection and analysis across multiple SME clusters, CDCS® assessed baseline indicators on skills development, employment, and enterprise growth. The research provided actionable insights for refining interventions to better match SME needs, enhance employability, and strengthen local market systems. The findings contributed directly to improving program design, ensuring alignment with Bangladesh’s broader goals of economic growth, skills enhancement, and private sector competitiveness.
