CDCS® implemented the “Accounting Information System Development for Managerial Control” project for Mayuri Enterprise, aimed at improving financial oversight and operational efficiency. The assignment involved designing and developing a comprehensive accounting system encompassing both manual and computerized processes. 

 

CDCS® established a structured coding system, developed an inventory management system with accurate valuation mechanisms, and integrated processes for effective inventory control. Additionally, the team conducted detailed financial statement analysis to support managerial decision-making. The resulting system provided Mayuri Enterprise with a robust framework for accurate reporting, enhanced managerial control, and improved overall operational management.
