CDCS® developed an “Investment (FDI) Proposal for a Private Sector Textile Company” for SDS, aimed at attracting foreign direct investment to support business expansion. The assignment involved comprehensive sector and demand analysis to assess market potential and identify growth opportunities. 

 

CDCS® conducted gap analysis to pinpoint operational and strategic areas requiring enhancement. Multiple investment alternatives were developed and rigorously assessed for feasibility and impact. The team also performed detailed financial forecasting, including working capital planning, IRR, NPV, and revenue calculations, to demonstrate the profitability and sustainability of the proposed investment. The final FDI proposal provided a robust, data-driven business case to engage potential investors and facilitate informed decision-making.
