CDCS® implemented the “Accounting Information System Development for Managerial Control” project for Famano Textile Mills Ltd., with the objective of enhancing financial oversight and operational efficiency. The assignment involved designing and developing a customized accounting system tailored to the company's management needs. 

 

CDCS® conducted in-depth financial statement analysis and sales performance reviews to inform system requirements. Additionally, the team developed structured accounts receivable scheduling tools to improve cash flow tracking and credit management. The resulting system provided Famano’s management with accurate, real-time financial data to support informed decision-making and strengthen internal controls.
