CDCS® conducted a research assignment for Crystal Bangladesh Support Ltd. titled “Research for Determining Sales & Distribution Channel Strategy for Semi-processed Food Product (Meat-Based).” 
 
The objective was to identify effective and practical distribution strategies for introducing semi-processed meat products in the local market. CDCS® conducted structured questionnaire surveys to assess consumer behavior and channel preferences and analyzed the attractiveness and feasibility of various distribution channels. 
 
The study also explored alternative intervention models, evaluating their operational practicality and market fit. The findings provided strategic guidance for developing a robust and efficient sales and distribution network tailored to the unique characteristics of the product and market.
