CDCS® prepared an “Investment (FDI) Proposal” for a private sector aviation company, Best Aviation Ltd., which successfully secured the first foreign direct investment in Bangladesh’s private aviation sector. 

 

CDCS® developed a comprehensive FDI proposal, including detailed assessment of investment alternatives and their potential impacts. The assignment involved financial forecasting, working capital analysis, calculation of internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV), and revenue projections to demonstrate the viability and profitability of the investment. 

 

The proposal provided a robust, data-driven business case that enabled the client to attract international investors and pioneer private sector FDI in Bangladesh’s aviation industry.
