CDCS® developed “The Big Book of HR Policies, Practices & Structure” for Best Aviation Ltd., creating a comprehensive guide to strengthen human resource management within the company.
The assignment covered end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment and selection, job description and evaluation, performance management, and policy and procedure development.
CDCS® also designed orientation and induction processes, career management frameworks, compensation and benefits structures, and employee relations protocols. The project included preparation of a complete employee handbook, training and development guidelines, and miscellaneous general HR policies.
This holistic resource provided the client with a structured and standardized approach to managing human capital, supporting organizational efficiency, consistency, and long-term growth.
