CDCS® implemented the “Research on Diversification Potential for Aviation Sector Players in Catering Services” for Best Aviation Ltd. The project aimed to identify opportunities for business expansion and strategic growth within the aviation catering sector. 

 

CDCS® conducted structured questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions to capture insights from key stakeholders. The study included a detailed value chain analysis and gap identification to assess operational strengths, weaknesses, and market potential. Based on the findings, CDCS® developed a strategic roadmap outlining actionable recommendations to guide the client’s diversification efforts and enhance competitive positioning in aviation catering services.
