CDCS® carried out the “Market Identification, Segmentation, Product & Marketing Strategy” project for Radio Today, the first private FM radio station in Bangladesh. The objective was to support Radio Today in developing a data-driven understanding of its target audience and designing effective programming and marketing strategies.
CDCS® conducted structured questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews to capture audience preferences, listening habits, and unmet media needs. The study included detailed market identification and segmentation, assessment of product/program demand, and analysis of audience reach potential. Based on the findings, CDCS® provided strategic insights to help Radio Today position itself effectively in the emerging FM radio market.
