4. EDUCATION FOR LIFE & LIVELIHOOD (E4L)
E4L is a unique humble CSR program of CDCS®. Through this innovative program, CDCS®
strives to cater to the unmet needs of the educated youths in Bangladesh. These
are the needs that most of the educational institutes in the country fail to satisfy
primarily due to the very design of the education system and lack of well-developed
local knowledge contents. E4L makes it possible for CDCS® to groom students and
educated youths through the following initiatives:
Next Generation Leadership Program (NexgenLP) for Students
Career Activation Program (Cap) for Educated Unemployed
Entrepreneurship Development Program (Endep) for Educated Women & Men
Enterprise Incubation Lab for Budding Entrepreneurs
Through these initiatives, students and educated youths get hands-on training in
and real life exposure to various activities, projects and programs pursued by CDCS®
and its affiliates and/or partner organizations. CDCS® Knowledge Institute is the
prime implementation body of this program.
5. CDCS® CORPORATE ADDA
